Whirinaki Te Pua-a-Tāne Conservation Park

Whirinaki Te Pua-a-Tāne Conservation Park is a protected forest reserve in the Bay of Plenty region featuring towering native trees that reach over 65 meters in height and form thick canopy layers. The park includes multiple walking and biking trails, three backcountry huts for overnight visits, and a lagoon habitat that supports various wildlife.
