Southport Central

Southport Central is a mixed-use complex in the city center with three concrete towers at the intersection of Scarborough and Lawson Streets. The towers contain residential apartments, offices, and retail spaces distributed across multiple levels.

The complex began construction in 2007 under Raptis Group development, with the first tower completed before the others were built over the following years. This project reshaped the city center skyline with a new landmark.

The central plaza with fountains creates a shared gathering space where residents and visitors naturally meet and spend time together in the business district. These open areas shape how people experience the complex and connect its different parts.

The complex sits at a major intersection in the business district and has several entry points for pedestrians and vehicles. Expect it to be busy, especially during business hours.

Each tower has its own recreational level with indoor and outdoor pools, fitness areas, and barbecue zones reserved only for residents. This creates separate communities within the larger complex.
