Ocean

The Ocean is a 76-story residential skyscraper standing 232 meters tall with a glass and steel structure in Surfers Paradise on the Gold Coast. The building contains 613 apartments and connects directly to the beach and local transportation networks.

Construction began in 2002, marking a period of intensive development along the Gold Coast shoreline. The project contributed significantly to the modern high-rise boom in this beach area.

The building embodies modern Australian coastal design through its wave-inspired forms that blend into the beachfront environment. Residents and visitors experience the fusion of high-rise living with immediate ocean access as part of daily life.
