The Wave

The Wave reaches a height of 111 meters with its 34 floors containing 118 apartments facing the Pacific Ocean at Surf Parade and Victoria Avenue intersection.

The construction of this residential tower began in July 2003 and required an investment of 100 million Australian dollars before its completion in 2006.

The building received international recognition when it appeared in the 2007 Bollywood production 'Singh Is Kinng', expanding its presence beyond Australian borders.

The residential complex includes basement parking, three levels of commercial space, and multiple recreational facilities distributed across its 21,632 square meters.

The exterior design incorporates reinforced concrete balconies that create a wave pattern, allowing each apartment to receive balanced amounts of sunlight and shade.
