Oceanwide Plaza III, Unfinished skyscraper in South Park, Los Angeles, United States.

Oceanwide Plaza III is a 40-story office tower at 162 meters in South Park, directly across from Crypto.com Arena and the Los Angeles Convention Center. It is the third tower of a three-tower complex whose concrete frame was left unfinished when construction stopped in 2019. The exposed structure has no facade or windows on many floors.

The site was previously a parking lot until Oceanwide Plaza LLC acquired it in 2013 to develop this major downtown project. Construction halted in 2019 when the developer faced financial difficulties that prevented completion.

Street artists painted murals across several floors of the unfinished tower, and the graffiti became visible from the surrounding streets. The artworks turned the stalled construction site into an informal open-air gallery in South Park.

The tower is visible from the street and easily viewed from the south side of downtown, though the structure remains closed to public entry. The best view is from across the street near Crypto.com Arena, where you can see the full height and scale.

In early 2024 the graffiti-covered towers drew attention when tagging appeared on dozens of upper floors, visible from Crypto.com Arena and the 110 Freeway. The developer's bankruptcy filing that year left the site in limbo, and the painted floors stayed exposed to view long after the artists had gone.
