Highland

Highland is a residential city in San Bernardino County that features suburban neighborhoods and commercial districts throughout its area. The city includes quieter residential streets alongside busier shopping and business zones.

The area began as a farming community in the late 1800s and became an incorporated city in 1987. This change allowed the community to establish its own city government and local leadership.
