Torres de Fenicia is a residential complex of two 31-story towers at Carrera 3 between Calles 21 and 22, in the Germania neighborhood of Bogotá's Santa Fe locality. The first floor of each tower serves only as a lobby and reception hall, with no apartments. Floors 2 to 31 hold four apartments each, 240 in total. The firm Vargas y CIA Ltda. designed the complex.

These towers were built in 1970 on the former site of a glass and bottle factory named Fenicia, marking a shift in how the city developed. The project arrived during Bogotá's period of rapid population growth, when new housing forms were needed.

The name Fenicia comes from the glass and bottle factory that once occupied the site, so the towers carry the industry's name rather than a neighbourhood or family name. The complex stands in Germania, in the Santa Fe locality, a short distance from the Cerro de Monserrate.
