North Point III is a 125-metre office tower in the North Point business complex in Usaquén, northeastern Bogotá. Inaugurated in 2009, it rises 33 floors above a ten-level parking platform, with 95 offices of 82 to 120 m², two commercial units, a reception lobby and seven elevators. A pedestrian link at lobby level connects it to the Krystal Tower.

The building was developed as part of the North Point Complex starting in 2008. Its completion marked a shift toward contemporary office architecture in Colombia.

The complex occupies the former Barrancas and Sierras del Moral quarries in Usaquén, which developers Rafael, Jairo and Guillermo Rincón converted into terraces to prevent landslides and then replanted with grass and plants. The name North Point refers to the northern edge of Bogotá where the towers stand. Five of the eight planned towers are built, and the site draws companies arriving in Colombia away from the city centre.

The building is served by multiple elevators enabling vertical movement during business hours. Access is well organized for both workers and visitors.

The complex occupies the former Barrancas and Sierras del Moral quarries in Usaquén. Developers Rafael, Jairo and Guillermo Rincón reshaped the exhausted hillsides into terraces to prevent landslides, then planted grass and vegetation before building. Torre Krystal reaches 150 metres over 35 floors, with its machine room on floor 36.
