Puerto Cancún

Puerto Cancun is a mixed-use development in north Cancun combining residential zones, commercial spaces, and a marina with private canals. The area includes a shopping mall with major retail stores, dining venues, and an 18-hole golf course near the Caribbean coast.

The development was founded in 2013 through a partnership between Fonatur, Mexico's National Trust Fund for Tourism, and private investors. The project was designed to expand luxury residential options in the region.

The Marina Town Center houses many restaurants serving Mexican and international food, with most offering views of boats in the harbor. Visitors can dine while watching the waterfront come alive.

The area is well-structured with broad walkways that are easy to explore on foot, especially around the Marina Town Center and shopping spaces. The best time to walk around is early morning or late afternoon when temperatures are cooler.

Within the residential and commercial zones sits a 270-acre nature reserve that protects coastal habitats and native plant life. This green space was deliberately woven into the urban design and offers visitors a natural contrast to the built surroundings.
