Paamul Beach

Paamul Beach is a sand beach that curves along a bay with white shoreline and limestone outcrops, framed by palm trees and Caribbean waters. The strand stretches gently with natural rock formations rising from the seafloor and creates sheltered areas for swimming.

This coastal area transformed from an undeveloped stretch in the 1980s when expatriates built motorhome communities here. That shift changed the place from a quiet shore into a residential zone where people chose to settle.

Local restaurants here serve traditional Mexican seafood prepared with fish caught fresh by regional fishermen. This cooking tradition shapes what you find on menus daily and reflects how deeply the place connects to the sea.

You can reach the beach by driving along a private road that leads to parking near the hotel, where water sports equipment is available to rent. Bring water and sun protection since the open bay has little shade and sun exposure is direct.
