Four Oaks Place

Four Oaks Place is a commercial office complex in Houston's Uptown area consisting of five separate buildings of varying heights. The central high-rise reaches 30 stories and sits at 1330 Post Oak Boulevard, while the entire site offers more than 2 million square feet of office space for businesses.

The complex began development in 1983 when initial construction brought the first buildings to completion. Growth continued over the following decades as the site expanded and evolved, with ongoing improvements through the early 2010s.

The complex houses several international consulates, with representatives from Chile, Italy, and Germany located in different buildings. This presence makes it a gathering place for people from many nations who conduct business or visit for diplomatic purposes.

The site offers ample parking facilities with roughly three spaces provided for every thousand square feet of office area. Visitors can navigate easily as the different buildings are arranged as a connected complex with clear visual landmarks throughout.

The foundation of the complex required 2.5 million pounds of steel and 8,000 cubic yards of concrete, demonstrating the massive engineering demands of the construction. This considerable amount of material was necessary to create stable foundations for the five office towers.
