Park Towers, Modern skyscraper in Houston, Texas

Park Towers is a complex of two 18-story office towers, Park Towers North and Park Towers South, along the 610 Loop near Uptown Houston, plus a six-story parking garage. Each tower holds 272,621 square feet of rentable space. After a renovation that stripped the structures to their concrete and steel girders, the towers were rebuilt with glass curtain walls and floor plates expanded to 22,000 square feet.

Park Towers' two 18-story towers were built in 1972 and 1973; Halliburton, Philadelphia Life and Tenneco rented space there before the complex stood vacant by 1992. TPMC Realty Corp. then stripped the buildings to their concrete and steel girders and rebuilt them with glass curtain walls, adding 60,000 square feet of office space. PentaSafe was the first tenant in the rebuilt complex in August 2000.

Park Towers North houses the Consulate-General of Brazil in Suite 1150, and Park Towers South has held the Consulate-General of Russia in Suite 1300 since it opened on August 4, 2004. Cadence Bank keeps its headquarters in the complex, and the Houston Business Journal rented space in the north tower for over ten years before moving to 5444 Westheimer Road on November 5, 2012.

Park Towers stands along the 610 Loop near Uptown Houston, with a six-story parking garage serving the two 18-story towers. The Brazilian consulate occupies Suite 1150 in Park Towers North and the Russian consulate Suite 1300 in Park Towers South, so consular visitors should check which tower and suite they need before arriving. Office floors are reached by lift and are not open to general sightseeing.

The complex sat vacant by 1992; Lynn Cook of the Houston Business Journal wrote in 1999 that "for more than a decade Park Towers has sat like a stark white elephant."
