The estate reflects early 20th-century architectural design and landscaping practices, with gardens developed by gardener Esteban Arredondo behind stone perimeter walls.
Located at 3505 West 35th Street in Austin, the park remains open daily from 5 AM to 10 PM with portable restrooms and dedicated parking areas.
Twenty-four peacocks roam freely throughout the grounds, displaying their feathers among the water features, koi ponds, and lotus gardens.
