Copa Casino was a gaming center in Gulfport, Mississippi, offering a range of gambling options. The facility featured slot machines, video poker, and classic table games such as blackjack, craps, and roulette.

The casino grew out of Carter-Green-Redd Inc., formed in the late 1980s by slot-machine figure William "Si" Redd with Terry Green and Joel "Rick" Carter. They bought the Dutch liner SS Ryndam, renamed Pride of Mississippi in 1988 and Pride of Galveston in 1991. Docked permanently at Gulfport in 1993, it became the Copa Casino, later moving onto a floating barge. Katrina's surge threw the barge onto the Grand Casino Gulfport parking lot in 2005.

The Copa took its name from the former Dutch ocean liner SS Ryndam, renamed Pride of Mississippi in 1988 and Pride of Galveston in 1991 before becoming the Copa Casino in Gulfport in 1993. It drew a locals market with low-minimum table games and relatively high paybacks on slots and video poker.

The barge floated at a berth of the Mississippi State Docks in Gulfport, so the casino was reached by boarding from the dock rather than from a street address. Its low-minimum table games and high-payback slots and video poker were aimed at local residents rather than overnight guests, since the Copa had no attached hotel.

The casino was known for maintaining high payback rates on slot machines and video poker games. These generous returns set it apart from competitors and attracted players seeking better odds.
