Hedonism Resorts, Adults resort in Negril, Jamaica
Hedonism Resorts is an adults-only property in Negril on the western coast of Jamaica. The two sections span roughly 22 acres of beach frontage and consist of several two-story buildings with a total of 280 rooms.
The property opened in 1976 as Negril Beach Village with a ten million dollar investment from the Jamaican government. The concept aimed at adult guests from the start to help develop tourism in Negril.
The property maintains distinct clothing-required and clothing-optional areas, reflecting different preferences and comfort levels among international visitors.
Several on-site restaurants serve international dishes and Jamaican specialties such as jerk chicken and fresh fish. The sections are clearly marked so guests can move according to personal comfort level.
Since 2020 the property houses Hedo Weedo, Jamaica's first legal cannabis dispensary within a hotel complex. Guests can purchase locally grown products there and learn about strains and uses.
