CocoWalk is an open-air shopping mall in Coconut Grove, Miami, developed by Constructa Properties and designed by John Clark of Maryland. It opened in 1990 with an open central plaza as its focal point and a design that heavily reflected Spanish architecture. After a total revamp it reopened in 2021, with the Spanish-style architecture replaced and retail moved to one side of the site.

Planning began in 1984; Constructa Properties developed the mall to a design by Maryland architect John Clark, and it opened in 1990 with an entrance plaza and Spanish-influenced architecture. Thor Equities bought it in 2004 for $120 million, PMAT paid $87 million in 2006 and spent $7 million on improvements, and Federal Realty Investment Trust bought it in 2015 for $87.5 million. A redesign announced in 2017 removed the Spanish-style architecture, and after a full revamp CocoWalk reopened in 2021.

CocoWalk's name comes from Coconut Grove, the neighbourhood it anchors. Its 1990 opening with an open central plaza and Spanish-influenced design drew tourists and helped turn a Bohemian district into a suburban-style shopping destination, a change that upset some long-time residents. The 2021 revamp shifted focus back toward locals.

CocoWalk faces Grand Avenue and has open-air walkways across several levels, so visitors move between shops and restaurants without leaving the complex. The 2017 redesign shifted retail to one side and added office space, and the 2021 reopening followed a full revamp. Parking is in the surrounding Coconut Grove streets and garages; the center sits near the Coconut Grove Metrorail station area.

The center has been transformed from a pure retail destination into a mixed-use space housing both office areas and shops. This combination allows workers and leisure visitors to share the same environment, creating an unusual daytime and evening dynamic.
