Malecon Center

Malecon Center comprises three identical residential towers rising 122 meters high with 31 floors each along Malecon Boulevard. The complex integrates shopping areas, a movie theater, and a casino across its 195,000 square meter footprint.

The project opened in 2003 and represented a turning point in Santo Domingo's coastal urban development. Its construction fundamentally transformed the skyline and established a new model for waterfront residential living in the city.

The complex serves as a gathering place for residents and visitors who come to shop, watch movies, or visit the casino. It reflects contemporary coastal living and draws people from across the city to its entertainment options.
