Ed Smith Stadium, Baseball stadium in Sarasota, United States

Ed Smith Stadium features a seating capacity of 8,500 spectators and includes refurbished seats from Oriole Park at Camden Yards in Baltimore, Maryland.

The stadium opened in 1989 as a spring training facility, first hosting the Chicago White Sox until 1997 before becoming home to the Cincinnati Reds until 2008.

The stadium maintains strong connections with local baseball programs by hosting youth tournaments and amateur games throughout the regular baseball season.

Located at 2700 12th Street, the facility provides numerous concession stands, merchandise shops, air-conditioned suites, and 100 high-definition televisions throughout the complex.

The facility underwent a substantial renovation in 2011, incorporating a large LED video board and architectural elements from Baltimore's Camden Yards into its design.
