College Park Historic District is a residential neighborhood in Lake Worth Beach containing roughly 90 historic buildings spread across about 220 acres. The homes display various architectural styles including Mediterranean Revival, Mission Style, Masonry Vernacular, and International Style, with older structures predominantly showing the first two styles.

The district emerged during Florida's Land Boom of the 1920s when Edgewood Realty Co. sold approximately 90 percent of the lots within just a few hours of their release. This rapid growth shaped the neighborhood's character and led to the diverse architecture visible today.

Streets here are named after American colleges and universities such as Yale, Harvard, and Princeton rather than using numbers or letters. This naming choice reflects the educational ideals of the district's founders and remains a distinctive feature visitors notice when exploring the area.
