Blue and Green Diamond, Twin towers in Miami Beach, United States
Blue and Green Diamond is a twin tower residential complex in Miami Beach with two 44-story buildings stretching along Collins Avenue. The towers reach 170 meters in height and each floor contains eight residential units, with six two-story penthouses featuring private rooftop pools at the top levels.
The project was completed in 2000 and marked an important phase in Miami Beach development. At that time, the towers became the tallest oceanfront residential buildings in the entire United States.
The towers reflect contemporary Miami Beach architecture by combining modern design with local building traditions. Visitors can see this blend in how the structures define the streetscape along Collins Avenue.
The complex sits directly on Collins Avenue, one of Miami Beach's main streets, which makes orientation easy for visitors. The surrounding area is accessible and the beach is within walking distance.
The complex features a clubhouse inspired by the design of 1920s Miami Beach mansions. The clubhouse also includes tennis courts built on top of the parking structure.
