Canyon Ranch Miami Beach, Luxury condominium and wellness complex in North Beach, Miami Beach, United States

Canyon Ranch Miami Beach, now the Carillon Hotel & Spa and Carillon Residences, is a three-building condominium complex on the beachfront east side of Collins Avenue between 68th and 69th Streets. It comprises the 37-floor, 397-foot North Tower, the 20-floor South Tower, and the 15-story Carillon Hotel building between them on Collins Avenue. The North Tower reads as two connected towers but is a single building.

The complex incorporates the footprint of the 1955 Carillon Hotel building, which sat vacant for 15 years before new construction started in 2007. The towers were completed in 2008, transforming the site from an abandoned property into a major residential development.

The North Tower and South Tower, both completed in 2008, demonstrate the integration of residential living with dedicated wellness facilities and health programs.

The complex faces the beach on the east side of Collins Avenue between 68th and 69th Streets in North Beach. The 1955 Carillon Hotel building stands between the two towers on Collins Avenue. The spa and residential facilities serve residents and hotel guests; the towers and the demolished Golden Sands site are seen from the street and beach.

The North Tower, at 37 floors and 121 metres, is the tallest building in the complex and among the tallest in Miami Beach. Its two connected-looking volumes are one building, not two. North of it, the old Golden Sands Hotel and Lounge was being demolished for a proposed Golden Sands Canyon Ranch addition.
