Majesty Building, Office building in Altamonte Springs, United States.
The Majesty Building rises to around 94 meters and spans 18 floors housing office space, retail areas, meeting rooms, and television production facilities. The structure combines workspace with media studios in a single complex.
Construction of this building began in 2001 with a planned completion by 2003, but financial constraints and a debt-free funding approach delayed finishing. It remains the only incomplete high-rise in Seminole County to this day.
The television station WACX broadcasts from this address and transmits religious programming throughout Central Florida using studios on the lower floors. The space also serves as a center for Christian media production with recording equipment and transmission facilities.
The facility includes a five-story parking garage with space for vehicles, allowing visitors and tenants to arrive with ease. Most office space sits on the middle and upper floors, while media production areas occupy the lower levels.
Local residents call this structure the I-4 Eyesore, reflecting its long incomplete state visible along the main highway in the region. The bare facade and missing exterior windows catch the eye of drivers passing by for over two decades now.
