Under the Couch, Concert hall and recording studio in Atlanta, Georgia
Under the Couch operates on two levels, offering both a performance space for live music events and professional recording facilities for artists.
The venue originated in 1995 beneath the Couch Band Building at Georgia Tech, later relocating to the second floor of the student center in 2010.
The Georgia Tech Musician's Network manages this venue, which has hosted performances by established bands like Weezer, Taking Back Sunday, and Jimmy Eat World.
The facility provides storage space, practice rooms, and a 16-track recording studio available to both Georgia Tech students and the general public.
Members gather every Monday night during academic semesters to coordinate events, maintain equipment, and develop music programs for the community.
