Under the Couch is a concert hall and recording studio in Georgia operated by Georgia Tech students. The facility features performance space for live shows, practice rooms, and a fully equipped 16-track recording studio.
The space was founded in 1995 and originally operated beneath the Couch Band Building on campus. In 2010, the facility relocated to the second floor of the student center.
The Georgia Tech Musician's Network manages this venue, which has hosted performances by established bands like Weezer, Taking Back Sunday, and Jimmy Eat World.
Visitors can access the practice rooms and recording studio, with availability shared between students and the public. It is advisable to check ahead and arrange access, as scheduling and booking conditions may vary.
