88 Kearny Street is a 22-story, 309 ft (94 m) class-A office tower at the southeast corner of Kearny and Post Streets in San Francisco's Financial District. Skidmore, Owings & Merrill designed it, and it is also known as California Federal Savings.

The building opened in 1986 following a design by the architecture firm Skidmore, Owings & Merrill. It was completed during the computer industry boom that transformed San Francisco in the 1980s.

The tower is also known as California Federal Savings, a name recalling the savings institution associated with the address. Since April 2025 it has belonged to the financial services company LendingClub, which bought it for $74.5 million to serve as its headquarters, so the lobby now receives employees of an online lender rather than the consular visitors of earlier years.

88 Kearny Street stands at the southeast corner of Kearny and Post Streets, a block from Market Street and the Montgomery Street BART and Muni station. The tower is an office building with a lobby at street level; the French Consulate General occupies Suite 600 on the sixth floor, so consular visitors should check in there rather than at the main entrance.

The structure employs a geometric shape designed to capture maximum daylight throughout its interior spaces. This approach reflects a design philosophy from the 1980s when architects began emphasizing natural light in office towers.
