The Hunter-Dulin Building rises 94 meters with 22 floors, featuring stone facades and Gothic architectural elements at 111 Sutter Street.

Completed in 1927 by architects Schultze & Weaver, the building served as National Broadcasting Company's West Coast headquarters until 1942.

The building gained literary recognition through Dashiell Hammett's novel The Maltese Falcon, which placed the fictional Spade & Archer detective agency on its fifth floor.

The structure contains 285,093 square feet of office space, with elevator systems provided by Otis Elevator Company for vertical transportation.

The building underwent substantial renovation between 1999 and 2001, incorporating modern facilities while maintaining its historical architectural features.
