180 Montgomery Street is a 25-story, 98 m (322 ft) Class A office building in San Francisco's Financial District. It serves as the corporate headquarters of Bank of the West and also houses offices for Ameriprise Financial, Berlitz, Hanjin Shipping, Kforce, Valimail, Lexmark, Prudential Insurance, the Union Labor Life Insurance Company and Western Union. The tower stands on the site of the former Occidental Hotel, destroyed in the 1906 earthquake.

180 Montgomery Street stands on the site of the Occidental Hotel, which was destroyed in the 1906 earthquake. The present 25-story tower is owned by a joint venture formed in 2007 between Mitsui Fudosan America, Inc. and The Swig Company.

The tower's name comes from its address on Montgomery Street, a thoroughfare in San Francisco's Financial District. Bank of the West keeps its corporate headquarters here, and the tenant roster has also included Western Union, Prudential Insurance and Hanjin Shipping. The site previously held the Occidental Hotel, destroyed in the 1906 earthquake.

The tower is a private office building, so access is limited to tenants and their guests; there is no observation deck. Visitors can see the exterior from Montgomery Street, near the corner with Bush Street, in the Financial District. The site is a short walk from BART and MUNI stops along Market Street.

The tower stands on the site of the Occidental Hotel, destroyed in the 1906 earthquake; the hotel's name survives in the adjacent Occidental Park. Since 2007 the building has been owned by a joint venture of Mitsui Fudosan America and The Swig Company.
