KPMG Building, Office skyscraper in Financial District, San Francisco, US
The KPMG Building at 55 Second Street reaches 100 meters in height with 25 floors and features modern architectural design elements throughout its structure.
Constructed in 2002 after initial proposal by Jaymont Properties in 1989, the building project faced delays during the economic recession of the early 1990s.
The structure includes a mezzanine level public space furnished with hardwood floors, skylights, and leather chairs, creating an environment similar to private clubs.
The building contains eight elevators and provides 442,000 square feet of office space, accommodating multiple corporate tenants in San Francisco's business center.
KPMG occupied one-third of the building's total space, making it the largest KPMG office location in the Bay Area and Pacific Northwest region.
