12 Service Battalion Museum

The 12 Service Battalion Museum is a military museum in Richmond housed within Sherman Armoury. The collection displays weapons, badges, medals and memorabilia in wood and glass cases, supplemented by a reference library holding over 1100 volumes on military history.

The museum preserves objects from predecessor corps including the Royal Canadian Army Service Corps and the Royal Canadian Ordnance Corps. This connection to the past shows how military service in the region evolved over many decades.
