Enterprise Square Five

Enterprise Square Five is a mixed-use commercial complex in Kowloon Bay that combines office towers and retail spaces under one large development. MegaBox shopping mall sits within the same site, offering multiple floors of stores and services alongside the office buildings.

The development opened in 2007, marking a major shift when Kowloon Bay transformed from an industrial area into a modern commercial district. This project was part of broader efforts to revitalize the eastern side of Kowloon.

The complex merges office spaces and shopping facilities, showing how Hong Kong integrates work and shopping into a single destination. Visitors walk through areas designed for both business and leisure throughout the day.
