Ojo Caliente Mineral Springs Resort & Spa, Mineral springs resort in Taos County, United States

The resort features nine different communal pools and private soaking tubs filled with natural geothermal mineral waters from ancient underground springs.

Established in 1868, this health spa was among the first in the United States, with Indigenous peoples recognizing the healing properties of these springs for centuries.

The resort maintains traditional New Mexican architectural elements while integrating modern wellness facilities and treatments into its historical framework.

Guests receive unlimited access to communal soaking pools from 7:30 AM to 10:00 PM daily, with various lodging options from hotel rooms to private homes.

The mineral springs contain four distinct healing minerals - Iron, Soda, Arsenic, and Lithia - in naturally sulfur-free water combinations.
