Mickey's Spire, Mountain summit in Sawtooth Range, Idaho, US.

Mickey's Spire rises to 10,680 feet as the fourth highest peak in the Sawtooth Range, standing 0.3 miles south of Thompson Peak in central Idaho.

The Iowa Mountaineers completed the first recorded climb of Mickey's Spire in 1934, initially referring to the formation as Thompson South Summit.

The peak received its current name in 1948, reflecting its distinctive spire formation, while mountaineers named the neighboring formation Anna's Pinnacle.

Climbers access the summit through multiple technical routes, including the Summit Ridge at Class 3-4 and the East Ridge rated II 5.5, requiring advanced climbing skills.

The summit ridge contains a sequence of intricate towers that create varied climbing conditions, transitioning between Class 3 and Class 4-5 terrain.
