Texas Tornado is a steel roller coaster at Wonderland Park in Amarillo that spans hundreds of meters and features two vertical loops. The ride displays a red, white, and blue color scheme and operates with trains composed of five connected cars.

Texas Tornado opened in 1985 as the first roller coaster designed by Hopkins Rides, the North American water ride company. During testing, both vertical loops were reprofiled while keeping their original structures, because the trains could not complete them. During the park's 2009 winter off-season, the all-white coaster was repainted red, white and blue.

The ride's two vertical loops are not consecutive: the track runs between them so that, seen from the lift hill and the queue, they line up as a single double loop. The coaster was the first designed by Hopkins Rides, a company known for water rides, and its layout was sketched on a napkin at a trade-show cocktail party.

Each train carries around 20 riders with two rows of seats per car arranged for comfortable seating. Check park guidelines for height requirements and any other restrictions before boarding.
