The Torre de La Libertad rises 68 meters high and 88 meters wide, featuring granite and aluminum exterior cladding on its contemporary structure.

Visitors can access a rotating restaurant that seats 80 guests at 25 meters height, while the base houses a nightclub for evening entertainment.
The structure rests on 189 foundation piles, each measuring 70 centimeters in diameter and extending 18 meters into the ground for stability.
