Villa Swoboda, Neo-Renaissance villa in Anif, Austria.
Villa Swoboda features an asymmetrical tower with a flat roof, white bezels around windows, and ashlar stones decorating the building corners.
Wilhelm Swoboda, a pharmaceutical wholesaler from Vienna, commissioned architect Karl Sattler to construct this grand residence, completed in 1869.
The villa gained recognition when Crown Prince Rudolf of Austria and Princess Stephanie of Belgium selected it as their honeymoon residence in 1881.
The building, now called Casa Austria, functions as a venue for large celebrations and serves as the residence of Karl Habsburg-Lothringen.
The property includes an English-style garden, created from land that previously belonged to Mayerhofgut, one of the largest farms in Anif.
