Maria-Theresien-Schlössl, Salzburg, Protected architectural hotel in Morzg district, Salzburg, Austria.

The Maria-Theresien-Schlössl features neo-Baroque architecture with detailed stucco work on its facade and stands within an expansive park filled with fish ponds.

Built in 1901 for military officer Josef Ritter von Lommer, the villa underwent substantial architectural modifications in 1935 under architects Alfred Keller and Martin Knoll.

The building operated as a prestigious hotel-restaurant from 1954 to 2007, hosting numerous celebrities including Richard Burton, Elizabeth Taylor, and Clark Gable.

Located near Schloss Hellbrunn, the property now functions as a private residence and remains closed to public access, though surrounding paths allow for walks.

The estate maintains several large fish ponds dating from 1866, when it served as the First Austrian Central Institution for Artificial Fish Culture.
