Augstenberg

Augstenberg is a mountain summit in the Silvretta range that rises between Austrian and Swiss territory, with steep slopes and exposed rock faces. The peak displays rugged stone formations and challenging terrain that define its alpine character.

The summit was first explored by mountain climbers in the late 1800s, who mapped out and tested different routes to reach the peak. These early expeditions helped establish the mountain's place in Alpine climbing history.
