Gradski stadion, Municipal football stadium in Banja Luka, Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Gradski stadion is a football stadium in Banja Luka with capacity for approximately 9,730 spectators and features covered sections alongside open-air stands. The natural grass playing field is surrounded by viewing areas positioned on the western, eastern, and northern sides.
The stadium opened in 1937 and was originally named after Bogoljub Kujundzic, who donated funds for its construction. This facility represented an important step forward for football development in the region at that time.
This venue serves as the home ground for FK Borac and regularly hosts matches featuring the Republika Srpska national team. Local supporters gather here to watch their sides compete throughout the football season.
The stadium entrance is located at Vladike Platona 6 in central Banja Luka and is easily accessible from the city center. Arriving early is recommended to secure good viewing positions and to navigate the facility without rush.
The southern side of the stadium has no stands and remains completely open toward the playing field. This creates an unusual appearance and allows people outside the venue to glimpse matches from beyond the perimeter.
