Kenosee Lake, Resort village and endorheic lake in Saskatchewan, Canada

The lake covers 851 hectares within Moose Mountain Provincial Park, featuring three named islands and reaching depths of 10 meters.

The water body, formerly known as Fish Lake until 1932, received its current name from deputy minister John Barnett to reflect Indigenous terminology.

The restored Tumble Inn Dance Hall from 1909 and Kenosee Gardens Dance Hall from 1933 mark the evolution of entertainment venues in the area.

The combined village and lake offer year-round outdoor activities, including swimming beaches, fishing spots, hiking trails, and camping facilities.

The introduction of beavers in 1923 led to multiple dams that affected water levels, requiring community intervention in 1954 to restore balance.
