Lakeview Square

Lakeview Square is a mixed-use complex in downtown Winnipeg occupying an entire city block with multiple structures. The development includes a 19-story office tower, two 27-story residential buildings, a hotel containing approximately 500 rooms, and various commercial spaces along Carlton Street.

The complex was built in 1974 on land that previously held St. Mary's School, which closed in 1968. The transformation of this former institutional site into a mixed-use development marked a significant change in the downtown area.
