360 Main, Office skyscraper at Portage and Main, Winnipeg, Canada
The 360 Main building reaches a height of 117 meters with 31 floors and features a modern glass exterior following its 2018 renovation.
Originally named the Commodity Exchange Tower, the structure was constructed between 1971 and 1978 by V. K. Mason Construction Limited under architectural guidance.
The building represents the evolution of Winnipeg's financial district, housing major corporations including TD Bank, Microsoft Canada, and Canadian National Railway.
The building connects directly to Winnipeg Square underground mall and includes 954 parking spaces with an on-site car wash facility.
In 2015, 360 Main received LEED Canada Gold Certification, marking the first existing building in Manitoba to achieve this environmental recognition.
