Swiss Vapeur Parc

Swiss Vapeur Parc is a miniature railway park with working steam trains located in Le Bouveret near Lake Geneva. The site features multiple tracks with scaled replicas of locomotives, stations, and landscapes throughout the grounds.

The park opened in 1989 and celebrates Swiss railway heritage through miniature engines. It was built to let visitors experience the story of steam locomotives in a scaled-down format.

The park reflects Swiss craftsmanship through carefully made miniature trains and landscapes that copy real European railway stations. Visitors watch these tiny steam engines operate along the tracks and learn how actual trains work.

The park is open from March through November with plenty of walking paths to watch the trains. There is a small restaurant and picnic areas where families can spend several hours comfortably.

Each miniature locomotive is powered by real steam pressure rather than electricity or batteries. This gives the trains authentic movement and sounds that match those of full-size steam engines.
