Reissend Nollen

Reissend Nollen is a mountain summit positioned between Titlis and Grosser Wendenstock, featuring steep south-facing walls. The peak is covered by glacial terrain that requires climbers to navigate mixed rock and ice sections.

The climbing routes on the peak were established in the late 1800s as mountaineers began exploring the more challenging alpine summits. This development was part of the broader growth of alpinism in Switzerland during that era.

The mountain appears completely different depending on where you view it from: a broad wall from Engelberg and a sharp ridge from Klein Titlis. These contrasting perspectives add to the intrigue when planning an ascent.
