Qingxu Guan

Qingxu Guan is a Taoist temple in Pingyao with multiple halls displaying intricate wooden carvings, stone inscriptions, and altars dedicated to various Taoist deities. The buildings spread across extensive grounds and showcase the craftsmanship of different periods.

This temple was founded in 1084 during the Northern Song Dynasty and is among the oldest religious structures in the region. It received national cultural protection status in 1961.
