The Belcher's is a residential complex comprising six towers in Shek Tong Tsui, ranging from 214 to 227 meters in height and housing more than 2,200 apartments. The buildings are closely arranged and provide modern living spaces with varied floor plans to suit different household sizes.

The development was completed in two phases, with the first three towers finished in 2000 and the remaining buildings opening in 2001. This timing made it part of a broader wave of residential expansion in the region around the turn of the millennium.
