The Merton, Modern skyscraper in Kennedy Town, Hong Kong, China
The Merton is a residential complex in Kennedy Town comprising three towers, with the tallest rising approximately 200 meters. The buildings house roughly 1,200 residential units distributed across approximately 60 floors.
The project started in the late 1990s and completed in the early 2000s, marking an important phase of Hong Kong's expansion in the western harbor district. New World Development created this landmark that transformed the Kennedy Town area into a major residential hub.
The residential towers reflect how Hong Kong residents adapt to living vertically, sharing common spaces and facilities that shape daily community life. You will see families using playgrounds, neighbors gathering at fitness areas, and people moving through multiple public zones throughout their day.
The complex sits within walking distance of Kennedy Town MTR station, providing convenient access to other areas of the city. From this location, you can reach other neighborhoods and central districts quickly using public transport.
Each of the three towers operates its own swimming pool, fitness area, and children's zone. This separation of facilities across the towers creates distinct environments within the larger property.
