9 Queen's Road Central

9 Queen's Road Central is a 39-story skyscraper that reaches 187 meters high and features a retail podium at ground level. This base houses various commercial spaces and creates an active streetfront.

Construction started in 1988 and the building opened in October 1991 under Gammon Construction Limited. It was completed during a period of intense growth in Central's financial district.

The building reflects the architectural style that shaped Hong Kong's financial district in the 1990s. Its design shows how the city expressed its global business aspirations through modern towers during that era.

The location provides direct access to multiple transportation options, especially MTR Central Station and numerous bus routes along Queen's Road. The excellent connectivity makes it easy to navigate the area and reach other parts of the city.
