Prince's Building

Prince's Building is a 29-floor skyscraper in Central with office spaces and a six-level shopping center called Landmark Prince's. The structure combines business functions with retail areas, creating an integrated space where people work and shop.

The current building was completed in 1965, replacing an earlier structure from 1904 that once stood on this site. This replacement marked how Hong Kong's financial district transformed during the mid-twentieth century as modern towers replaced older buildings.

The building houses international luxury brands and professional offices that show Hong Kong's role in global business. Daily, you see professionals and shoppers moving through its spaces, reflecting the city's busy commercial life.

The building connects to Alexandra House and Mandarin Oriental through elevated walkways, making it easy to reach other locations without crossing busy streets. These connections let visitors navigate the area smoothly and access multiple destinations.

This structure introduced Hong Kong's first air-conditioned pedestrian bridge, setting a new standard for urban connections in the region. This innovation made walking between buildings more comfortable, especially on hot and humid days.
