Central Building stands at the intersection of Pedder Street and Queen's Road Central, featuring 17 floors of office and retail spaces.

The building replaced the Hong Kong Hotel in 1958 under Central Development Limited ownership, with Hui Oi-Chow dedicating its foundation stone.

The structure represents Hong Kong's commercial development, with its chairman belonging to one of the Four big families of Hong Kong.

Each floor provides approximately 14,654 square feet of space, accommodating numerous medical practitioners and business offices.

The original stock certificates carried the signature of Kwan Fan-Fat, owner of the 1949 Hong Kong Derby winner Golden Dahlia.
