Central Tower is a 26-story office building in Hong Kong's Central and Western District with a glass and steel facade. Each floor houses thousands of square feet of modern workspace designed for businesses and medical offices.
The building was constructed in the mid-1990s and completed before 2000 in Hong Kong's expanding commercial zone. It replaced an earlier structure that previously occupied the same site.
The building's design incorporates elements of contemporary Asian architecture while maintaining functionality for its business tenants and medical practitioners.
The building is easily reached via public transportation from nearby MTR stations in the area. Modern elevator systems and contemporary facilities make navigating the office floors straightforward.
The structure received engineering support from Maunsell AECOM Group and features specialized cladding from POHL Group for enhanced durability.
