Yantai Shimao No.1 The Harbour

The Yantai Shimao No. 1 The Harbour rises 323 meters into the sky with its glass and steel structure spanning 59 floors above ground level.

Construction of this architectural structure began in April 2008 under the guidance of Wong Tung & Partners and reached completion on May 24, 2015.

The building represents modern Chinese urban development with its integration of office spaces, residential units, and hotel facilities in Shandong province.

Located at 156 Jiefang Road, the building contains 396 rooms and provides direct access to multiple transportation connections in the Zhifu District.

The complex includes three additional towers ranging from 175 to 190 meters, completed in 2011, creating an integrated multi-building development.
