Yantai Shimao No.1 The Harbour

Yantai Shimao No. 1 The Harbour is a high-rise tower with 59 floors rising 323 meters, built with a glass and steel structure. The building contains office spaces, residential units, and a hotel all within its walls.

Construction began in April 2008 under Wong Tung & Partners and finished in May 2015. The development marked a turning point in Yantai's growth as a modern commercial center.

The tower reflects how Yantai transformed from a port city into a modern business hub, mixing hotels, offices, and homes in one place. You can see this shift in how the building connects to the surrounding district's commercial and residential neighborhoods.

The tower is located on Jiefang Road in Zhifu District with good access to multiple transportation options. Visitors will find shopping, dining, and public transit connections easily available nearby.

The site is part of a larger complex with three additional towers between 175 and 190 meters completed in 2011. These neighboring buildings together form an integrated development that reshaped Yantai's waterfront area.
